Verify with Noesea from the Share menu.
Add a “Verify with Noesea” Shortcut to the iPhone Share menu. It sends what you share to Noesea and opens your private result — no App Store app needed.
- Open the Shortcuts app and tap + to create a new shortcut. Name it “Verify with Noesea”.
- Tap the (i) details button, turn on “Show in Share Sheet”, and allow URLs, Text, Images, PDFs and Files.
- Add the action “Get Contents of URL”. Set the URL to https://api.noesea.com/verify/simple, Method to POST and Request Body to Form.
- Add form fields: “surface” (Text) = IOS_SHORTCUT; then either “url” (Text) = Shortcut Input for links, “text” (Text) = Shortcut Input for text, or “file” (File) = Shortcut Input for images and PDFs. (One shortcut can use an “If” action on the input type to pick the field.)
- Add the action “Get Dictionary Value” for the key “resultUrl” from the previous result.
- Add the action “Open URLs” with that value. Your result opens in Safari and stays private to that browser.
What you share goes only to Noesea and is private by default. The link Noesea returns carries a one-time key in the part of the address after “#”, which browsers never send to any server; the result page stores it on your device and removes it from the address bar. Shared photos lose their original link, so Noesea will say what it can see in the image, not where it came from.
